Get into the holiday spirit with Big Brothers Big Sisters CW at our Christmas Market on Saturday, November 28, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM!

Join us at Skyline Hub, located at 900 Tower St. S., Unit 100A, Fergus, Ontario, for a festive day of holiday shopping, local vendors, and Christmas fun! Browse a variety of vendor booths, discover unique gifts, and support local businesses while getting into the holiday spirit.

We also have two very special visitors joining us this year: Santa Claus and the Grinch!

The Grinch has a very busy schedule, so he’ll be making a special appearance from 9:00 AM to 10:40 AM only. Santa, on the other hand, will be joining us for the entire day to spread Christmas cheer!

BBBSCW Christmas Market Vendor Registration

Are you a local vendor looking to be part of the holiday festivities? Apply to be a vendor at the BBBSCW Christmas Market on November 28, 2026, and help us create a welcoming, family-friendly event that supports local mentoring programs for children and youth.

Vendor Setup & Requirements

  • Bring your own setup: Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, booths, and display materials.
  • Keep your display appropriately sized: Space at the Christmas Market is limited, so please ensure your setup fits within a reasonable size.
  • Family-friendly products only: All products must be safe, appropriate for all ages, and suitable for a community Christmas Market. Hazardous, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate products will not be permitted.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us create a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable holiday shopping experience for everyone.

Vendor set-up begins at 8:00 AM. Please arrive with enough time to have your display ready before the market opens at 9:00 AM.
