Next week marks the start of our collaboration with Adrian Jones Music for free Ukulele Workshops! Matches and youths are invited to attend these 4 sessions to learn how to play the ukulele!

Led by the incredible Andrea from The Mandalia House, this weekly cooking workshop is about more than just recipes it’s about mental wellness, healthy eating, and building life skills in a fun, relaxed setting. We’ll explore:
Cooking on a budget
Nourishing both body and mind
Preparing easy, healthy meals
Sharing good food with great company
This program is open to all matches and youth on our caseload and we’d love to see you there!

Led by the incredibly talented and compassionate Stephanie from The Sparrow’s Nest, this weekly workshop is a welcoming space for youth to:
Explore self-expression through different creative art forms
Learn new artistic skills in a supportive environment
Focus on mental wellness and mindfulness
Build positive relationships and community connections
Whether your youth is an experienced artist or just curious to try something new, ExpressU is about showing up, expressing yourself, and having fun in a safe, inclusive space.
